FAQ Page

Below you will find my frequently asked questions. Please review this FAQ page before submitting a request.

  • For booking Canadian cities only please fill out this booking form. For other booking info check out our How to Book page!

  • I own the beautiful shop The Brindle Room located in Calgary, AB but I do travel extensively. Please, check out my Instagram for travel updates.

  • Deposits are accepted via e-transfer or PayPal. Payments at appointments are CASH ONLY.

  • All approved requests will be given a rate and/or an estimated time when booking.

  • If needed, I do all consultations via email.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment your deposit is good for 6 months from the time of your original appointment. Deposits are taken off of the price of your tattoo the day of (if your tattoo requires multiple appts the deposit is taken off at your last appt).

    Any appointments rescheduled with less than seven days’ notice or more than once will forfeit their existing deposit and a new one will be required to rebook.

  • For all traveling/guest spots the rate quoted for the appointment is the AMOUNT DUE at the end of the session regardless of how long you are able to sit. For example, if you are booked for a piece with a set rate of $1000 but you are only able to sit through half of the session, your amount due for that session is $1000. Please make sure to only book a session length in which you think you will be able to sit.

    Deposits for traveling/guest spots are good for that booked appointment ONLY so they are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to make your appt for whatever reason, you will forfeit your deposit and require a new one to rebook.

    Please note, if you come to your session sick we will have to reschedule you so please let us know ahead of time if you are feeling unwell.

    All traveling appointments are booked to ensure that all fees related to traveling are covered so full rates much be charged at the end of all sessions.

  • When we respond to your initial booking form we will provide a date and time for your appointment based on your availability - this spot will be held for 24 hours until we hear back from you. If you confirm the appointment date, your appointment will be held for a further 24 hours until a deposit is sent. When this deposit has been sent within that time frame - your appointment is considered confirmed!

  • We aim to get back to requests within 4 weeks, however, sometimes it may be a little longer. Please note that not all requests will get approved. I try to focus on the subject matter and style that matches my expertise and interest. However, we will respond to all requests so if you haven’t heard back and feel your request may have been missed - feel free to send a follow-up email to whitetrashflashtattoos@gmail.com after 4 weeks have elapsed.

  • All designs will be shown on the day of your appointment. I do allot extra time for minor changes on the day of your appointment. Please familiarize yourself with my body of work on my Instagram to ensure my style matches what you are looking for.

  • Please see our preparation page here!

  • I don’t have any numbing cream recommendations but feel free to apply a numbing cream of your choice prior to your appt.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not feeling well and need to reschedule your appointment. Any appointments rescheduled due to illness must be rescheduled within six months or the deposit may be forfeited.

  • If you have booked an idea and significant change to this idea may require a new appointment and your original deposit may be forfeited and a new one required to rebook. Please, let us know as soon as possible if you are wanting to change your idea and submit a new booking form.

  • Please give as much notice as you can if you cannot make your appointment. Deposits may be forfeited with less than 7 days notice, rescheduling an appt more than once or if you are 20+ minutes late for your appt (with exceptions).
